| Travel Checklist |

A quick list of essentials to check before you go:

Passports and visas:
Ensure that you have a valid passport and the necessary visas. It is also
advisable to carry the contact details of your country's embassy in the
countries you plan to visit.

Emigration Check Not Required (ECNR):
Ensure you have the necessary stamp on your passport as it is a requirement by
some countries (ask your travel counselor if you have any queries).

Tickets:
Please check your tickets for correct names, departure/arrival dates. If you
misplace your tickets while overseas you should immediately contact the airline
or your travel agent.

Reconfirmation of Booking:
Some airlines may require you to reconfirm your return flight, do so 72 hours
before departure.

Airport Check-In:
For all international flights the minimum check-in time 2 hours before
departure (Thomas Cook will advise you in case of any exceptions).

Foreign Exchange:
Have you purchased your foreign exchange? Please carry your Travelers' Cheques
receipts/vouchers separately.

Insurance:
Take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover for loss of possessions,
illness and injury.

Health:
Check that you have fulfilled the vaccination requirements and other
requirements for your travel destination. If you are carrying prescribed
medication, it is advisable to get a doctor's note as it may help facilitate
your passage through Customs.

Hotel Booking:
Do you have your hotel reservation details and vouchers?

Driving:
If you plan to drive overseas, make sure you have an International Driver's
License issued by the Automobile Association in your city.

Itinerary:
A member of your family or your office must have a copy of your travel
itinerary in case they need to contact you urgently. Keep them informed
regularly, especially if you change your travel plans.

Copies of all your Travel Documents: Carry copies of all your travel
documents separately -- passports, visas, insurance policy etc.
